This policy explains what personal data FairPlay collects, why it is needed, who handles it, how long it is kept and how you can access, correct or delete it.

Who is responsible for your data
FairPlay India Sports Private Limited, M3M, Sector 88, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India, decides how your personal data is used. Questions and requests go to the Grievance Officer, Rajesh Kumar, at rajesh@fairsplays.in.
What FairPlay collects today
You can read every FairPlay page without an account. Only the registration and account pages ask for personal details.
- Your rate display choice (INR, decimal or Indian format) and your analytics choice are saved on your own device, not sent to FairPlay. If you log in, a login cookie keeps you signed in. The cookie policy lists them all.
- Analytics cookies, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, records which pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Until you accept, the Google tag on each page runs in consent mode: no analytics cookies are set and only basic cookieless page-view signals can be sent, without an ID that tells visitors apart. The cookie policy explains this in full.
- Technical data needed to deliver pages. Like any website, the servers that send you FairPlay pages receive your IP address and browser details in order to respond. When you log in, register or reset a password, your IP address is also held for up to an hour to block repeated attempts.
What FairPlay collects when you register
Registration is open. To create and run your account FairPlay collects:

| Password and secret phrase | To log in and to reset a forgotten password. Both are stored only as one-way scrypt hashes, never in readable form. |
| Confirmation that you are 18 or over, and acceptance of the Terms | Recorded with the date and time you gave them. |
| Gender (optional) | Recorded as part of your account profile if you choose to add it. |
| Device and security activity | The browser and device type and the time of each login, logout and security change, so you can see where you are logged in and spot activity you don't recognise. |

What FairPlay will collect when identity checks open
Betting is not open yet. Before your first deposit or bet, FairPlay will ask for the following during identity (KYC) checks:

Who handles your data
- FairPlay's own internal systems handle identity (kyc) checks and payments and withdrawals.
- Google provides Google Analytics 4. Its cookies are used only if you accept analytics cookies; before that it receives only cookieless consent-mode signals.
- FairPlay's hosting provider runs the servers that store and deliver the site.
- Authorities, when the law requires FairPlay to share information.
How long data is kept
Account and KYC data is kept while your account exists and for up to 90 days after you delete your profile, unless the law requires FairPlay to keep it longer. When you delete your account in Password & security it closes at once; after 90 days the record, its device list and its security activity are deleted automatically. Records of individual logins are deleted 30 days after they expire or you log out. Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics 4 settings, and you can stop it at any time by withdrawing consent.
Your choices and requests
You can ask FairPlay to:
- Tell you what personal data it holds about you
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete (you can change your name, mobile number and gender yourself in My account)
- Delete your profile and data, subject to any period the law requires (you can delete your account yourself in Password & security)
- Stop analytics: use “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page

Under-18s
FairPlay is for adults aged 18 and over. Registration requires you to confirm you are 18 or over, and age is verified during KYC before any deposit or bet.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the “last updated” date at the top of the page changes too.
