1. Who provides FairPlay
FairPlay is provided by FairPlay India Sports Private Limited, M3M, Sector 88, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India (registration and licence number IND-ONLINE-GAMING-IND45300). In these terms, “FairPlay”, “we” and “us” mean FairPlay India Sports Private Limited.
2. Who may use FairPlay
FairPlay is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use FairPlay if you are younger, or if betting is not permitted where you are.
3. Betting
Betting is not open yet. No deposits, withdrawals or bets are possible today. INR betting opens only after payment, identity (KYC), anti-money-laundering and location checks are connected and verified.
When betting opens, an account, identity (KYC) checks and location checks will be required first, as described on the AML and KYC page, and the betting rules will be published before the first bet is accepted. How markets will be settled is set out on the rates page.
4. Scores, rates and analysis
Live scores and results come from a third-party data feed. They can be delayed or wrong, and are corrected when the feed corrects them. Each page shows when its data was last confirmed.
FairPlay rates are prices set by FairPlay, including a house margin. They can change or be suspended at any time and are not predictions or advice.
Model estimates and statistics are calculations from past results. They are often wrong about individual matches and are not a guarantee of any outcome.
5. Acceptable use
Use FairPlay for your own personal use. Do not try to break or bypass the site's security, overload it, or copy its data, rates or content in bulk by automated means.
6. Ownership
The FairPlay name and logo, the site's design, its rates and its written content belong to FairPlay. Match data is supplied to FairPlay by its data provider. You may link to any FairPlay page.
7. Responsibility for losses
To the extent the law allows, FairPlay is not responsible for losses that result from relying on delayed or incorrect data, rates or analysis shown on the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
If you disagree with anything FairPlay has done, raise it within 10 days of the event concerned, by email or through grievance redressal, so the records can be checked while they are fresh.
9. Questions and complaints
Contact support@fairsplays.in, or raise a complaint through grievance redressal. When these terms change, the “last updated” date above changes too.
